It's Giving HEALthy and WELL-thy PODCAST debut PRESS RELEASE!

 “It’s Giving HEAL-thy and WELL-thy” Launches debut episode, “Why mental health and “Life matters?”” featuring counselor and sound bath therapist Lindsay Mitchiner




  Atlanta, Georgia- “It’s Giving HEAL-thy and WELL-thy '' a health and wellness-based blog-turned podcast by Clark Atlanta University Mass Media arts sophomore Reign Mosby. The first Debut episode of this podcast will be titled "Why Mental Health and "Life Matters "?" December 6, 2023, this episode features Lindsay Mitchiner, a certified specialist in sound bath therapy who founded “Life Matters Empowerment and Outreach Services LLC '' and a licensed professional counselor working at a college in Decatur, Georgia.  

 

  In this episode, we will talk about mental health in the black community, the college student community, and the importance of self-care. Lindsay's journey to establishing "Life Matters" (LLC and Sound bath therapy will also be addressed. Because Lindsay is a college counselor and I am an undergraduate college student, we will be discussing the importance of mental health in the college community.  

 

  Reign Mosby, the host of “It’s Giving HEAL-thy and WELL-thy”, is a sophomore Mass Media Arts major at Clark Atlanta University. Who currently serves as a Student class leader for the “Bonner Servant Leaders” at Clark Atlanta University, a writer for the lifestyle section of “The Panther News'' school newspaper, and a current intern writing for “Black Doctor.org” “Wellness on The Yard HBCU cohort. “It’s Giving HEAL-thy and WELL-thy” is available on YouTube and Blogger.  

 

I'm excited to talk about this with you because it is important to talk about mental health, especially among Black college students. "I'm also looking forward to people learning about sound bath therapy."- Reign Mosby to Lindsay

It's Giving we're back!

 After a long Hiatus "it's Giving HEAL-thy & WELL-thy" is making its comeback!  Founder Reign Mosby announces via  Instagram a mini documentary for the revamp of "It's Giving HEAL-thy & WELL-thy," titled "REIGNnition: The HEAL-thy spark."  REIGnition seems to be a play on words of  the founder's name, Reign, an intransitive verb " to possess or exercise sovereign power," and  the word Reignition a noun " the act of making something such as a disagreement or worry that was disappearing grow stronger again." Both words have a distinct amount of  power. This mini documentary will be Reign's first directorial debut! This documentary will serve as a reintroduction to the founder and the overall mission and reasoning behind why she created " It's Giving HEAL-thy & WELL-thy. "  No release date has been given but It's Giving ..... we're back!   More announcements coming soon! ...
